Ever After High

Okay, there's this new doll line called Ever After High. It's basically Monster High, but only with more of a fairy tale twist. So its about this high school where the sons and daughters go to train to be just like their parents. But a few students, like Raven Queen, daughter of the evil queen in Snow White, don't want to be like their parents. They are the Rebels. While students, like Apple White, daughter of Snow White, want to follow in their parents foot steps. They are the Royals. I think the Royals, especially Apple White, are super selfish, because Apple's only being nice to Raven because she plays a big role in her story thus making her Queen, so #teamrebelalltheway. I hate the Royals so much. I mean, I wouldn't want to be an evil queen that everybody hates. I mean the royals just don't understand that. They assume that everybody loves their destiny as much as they love theirs. Plus, when Raven announced she didn't want to pledge to her legacy, Apple flipped out and ran off crying because she wasn't going to be queen. Um what????? You can still become flipping queen without Raven's help. I mean do you really need to be so insensitive? It's so obvious that Raven hates anything evil! I would talk more about this subject, but this entry would be like a thousand pages long. Here's a video about Ever after High up at the top.

Hi guys! I'm sorry I haven't posted in a while, it's just that I have a ton of school work and everything, and I really don't have time for a blog. Let alone keeping up with what's new at American Girl, and the special sneak peaks and stuff. The other thing is, I just don't care. I've lost interest in American Girl almost completely. And I don't really care if all of you get mad at me for this. So I might either, pass this blog down to a friend, or turn it into a One Direction fan page, or a blog where I can rant my heart out. (trust me, I have a lot of things I want to rant. You'll find out by next month. Good bye!

I GOT SAIGE! Well actually, my sister got Saige a couple of weeks ago but still! I'll try as hard as I can to post a picture of her cause she wont let me take her picture :( but I'll get her picture yet! Until then, I have an announcement. Drum roll please..... I joined Pintrest! Saige Copeland Movie Update

Unless you've been under a rock, you would know that the trailer of the new movie is out! I didn't find out until this week cause I've been under a really busy schedule with track meet, forensics, school work, and ice skating. http://www.americangirl.com/play/girl-of-the-year/saige/index.php#page=home&popup=featurevideo To be honest, I really hate the appearance of the front cover. The actress who plays Saige looks like she's wearing a wig, and the scenery looks a bit to fake. Well, let's just hope this movie is better than lasts years complete disaster like previous years. After the release of Saige, bloggers around the country were hunting for clues on this years movie. After my desperate attempt to find the movie trailer by turning to Facebook. Well i jut got my new AG mag and then I wondered, "What if the background of the Saige photo shoots are on the set of the movie?" My Review On the First Saige Book

 I almost forgot! I promised a book review on the first Saige book! So, the book starts out on her first day of school, nothing goes as planed. Saige remembers her school can't afford to have the art & music programs in one grade each, and her best friend, Tessa, comes back from music camp and starts hanging out with a girl named Dylan. It is hinted that Saige  doesn't like Dylan, but there is no explanation of why Saige dislikes here except the fact she was bossy. Then there was Mimi's accident, Saige is riding the school bus when an ambulance speeds past her school bus, when the bus pulls up a Mimi's ranch, she learns that Mimi tripped over Rembrandt, breaking her right arm, and her leg. That whole scene was just horrendous. It all felt fake. The book was mostly as dry as a piece of toast with no butter, jam or anything. The most exiting part in the book is the fiesta, or more specifically, the end. Overall, The ending was a nice one, but, if Tessa was really Saige's friend, she would have apologized immediately after calling her a bad singer.

Going to AGP Today!

Hey guys! My mom has agreed to take me to the AGP Seattle/Alderwood store! I promise to take pictures this year and give a review on the Saige books and what-not. I just bought the first Saige book and so far so good. But the book doesn't have as much back story as the others like who is Dylan? And doesn't Saige seem to like her? Anyways, right now, I'm at the part when she goes to her garandma Miriam or Mimi's as they call her, ranch. I'll post up the next Saige trivia when I get back.

Part of The First Saige Book

At lunch, I tried to make things better by telling Tessa all about the art fiesta. “I have this letter to write to the PTA,” I explained. “Could you help me with it?”
Tessa shook her head. “Dylan and I are doing our math homework right after we eat,” she said. “We’re going to try to get our homework done during the day so that we have more time for lessons and practice after school.”
Dylan tapped Tessa’s shoulder, trying to get her attention, but I pressed on. “Could you help me tomorrow, maybe after school?” I asked.Tessa looked torn. “Tomorrow I have a voice lesson,” she said, “and Thursday there’s piano.What about tonight?” I asked. “Could you come out to Mimi’s?”
I saw Tessa and Dylan exchange a glance. Did she need Dylan’s permission now before she made any decisions?
Apparently so. Dylan gave Tessa one of those looks that means You know what you have to do, and Tessa raised her hands apologetically. “I have to practice, Saige,” she said.


I couldn't copy the whole expert for some weird reason I'm really sorry.

"After purchasing several AG movies and really enjoying them, I would have never considered AG would make anything so terrible. This movie is HORRIBLE. I'm shocked at the massive number of very positive reviews. McKenna's character is sassy, disrespectful, rude, unkind, selfish and just plain bratty. Supposedly AG touts this film as a character who struggles and overcomes. GIve me a break. She injures her leg, it heals and she moves on to compete when she should have been sidelined. Her behavior doesn't reflect the qualities of what AG has written their other girls to be. Perhaps the McKenna character in books would be a different girl. But my copy of the film is going in the trash. I'm disappointed that this film looks to be so great in so many other moms eyes. I would hope that my daughters would choose not to be like or friends with a person of McKenna's character. Certainly makes me wonder what's going to come out next."

Saige Stakeout

As most of you know, On New Year's Eve, I constantly check American Girl's website to find out if they release her online earlier than they should. So I am starting a Saige stakeout ( to my kik friends, this is nothing like my Harry Styles stakeout that turned out to be a complete bust.) I will check in with you guys every few minuets of the hour until she is revealed. BFN



 9:10 PM PA I know this is a bit late but on their web site, American Girl is having something like a launch party on their web site with a shadow shaped like Saige. It looks like they will be reveling more of her every hour for those hard core AG fans that stay up all night waiting for Saige keep up the good work girlies!
